Susan
Susan Newman, an American singer and educator, has an extensive musical background. She has been doing various music and movement activities in Chandigarh and Varanasi, India. During her time at the educational organization called Asha Trust, she has participated in various educational activities including music workshops for children. She has always been involved in music throughout her life. Susan is passionate about singing and has over 10 years of vocal training. She is happy to be in India participating in various educational activities with children. Susan's goal for her music program is to use music to help children express themselves and increase children's emotional, social and cognitive growth. “I am passionate about bringing joy to children through music. My favorite part of working with children is seeing their eyes light up with happiness when they sing, dance and are free to be themselves.”-Susan Newman
